  1. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as\u00a0\u201cAir Ticket Quotation<\/strong>\u201d addressed to the\u00a0Offtg.Dy. Chief Program Officer, FoPGM, KGUMSB, Thimphu latest by\u00a0July 26,\u00a02024<\/strong>, on or before 11:30 AM and\u00a0will be opened at 12:00 PM on same day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    • If the flight or seat is not available on the above dates and sectors, you can quote earlier for an earlier date.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • The purchaser reserves the right to\u00a0reject a bid or all the bids\u00a0if it is\u00a0found non-feasible\u00a0or if we cannot bear the cost resulting from your early or late quoted dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
          \n
        • The rate should be quoted as per the sector given above and will be selected for the\u00a0most economical and direct route.\u00a0Evaluation will be done sector-wise based on the most economical and direct route.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
            \n
          • Airline and seats must be confirmed while submitting the bids and\u00a0submit confirmed\u00a0itinerary\u00a0details.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
              \n
            • The validation of fares and availability of seats should be as per the details mentioned above.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                \n
              • The quoted rate should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                  \n
                • The successful bidder should submit a copy\u00a0of the air\u00a0ticket along with their invoices for payment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
                    \n
                  • Unconditional bids like an increase in fares or changes of the airline at the time of travel are not accepted.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

                    1. Tender\u00a0documents\u00a0should contain a\u00a0copy\u00a0<\/strong>of a valid\u00a0trade license\u00a0<\/strong>issued by MoICE.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                      1. The purchaser reserves the right to reject the bid(s) if it is found not responsive to our terms and conditions, and the decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
