The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to notify the short-listed applicants for the post of Deputy Deans at the Faculty of Undergraduate Medicine (FoUGM) for the selection interview, as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The\u00a0applicants\u00a0mentioned above\u00a0should report to\u00a0Board Room,\u00a0KGUMSB with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:\n

    • Original academic transcripts and certificates<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Security Clearance Certificate<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Audit Clearance Certificate\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Citizenship Identity Card<\/em>\u00a0<\/em>\u2013 Original<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Documentary<\/em>\u00a0evidence of the current position level.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      1. Verification of Original Documents<\/strong>\n
          \n
        • Time:\u00a0<\/em>9:00 AM \u2013 9:30 AM<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Venue<\/em>: Board Room,\u00a0<\/em>KGUMSB\u00a0<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • Presentation Preparation<\/strong>\n
            \n
          • Time: 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • Presentation and Viva Voce<\/strong>\n
              \n
            • Time: <\/em>11:00 AM<\/em>  Onwards<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Venue: <\/em>Board Room, <\/em>KGUMS<\/em>B<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • The scenario\/topic for the presentation will be given on the spot<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Time allotment as follows: <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • One<\/em> hour \u2013 For preparation of presentation <\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • 10 minutes \u2013 Presentation <\/em>and <\/em>Question and Answer Round<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • 20 minutes \u2013\u00a0Viva Voce<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            • Final calculation of marks (100%) shall be as follows: <\/strong>\n
                \n
              • Presentation will be assessed out of <\/em>50%<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Viva voce will be assessed out of 30%<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
              • Shortlisting marks will be assessed out of 20%<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                3. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he\/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next\u00a0applicant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
