  1. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as\u00a0\u201cAir Ticket Quotation (Jaipur and Delhi Sector)\u201d\u00a0<\/strong>and addressed to the\u00a0Procurement Officer, KGUMSB, Thimphu latest by November 15th<\/sup>, 2019 before 10:30 AM and <\/strong>will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. If the flight or seat is not available on the above dates and sector you can quote earlier for an earlier date and later for a later date.<\/li>\n
  3. The purchaser reserves the right to\u00a0reject a bid or all the bids if<\/strong> it is\u00a0found non-feasible\u00a0<\/strong>or if we lack the capacity to bear the cost resulting from your early or late quoted dates.<\/li>\n
  4. The rate should be quoted as per the sector given above and will be selected for the\u00a0most economical and direct route. <\/strong>The evaluation will be done sector-wise based on the most economical and direct route.<\/li>\n
  5. Airline and seats must be confirmed while submitting the bids and\u00a0submit confirmed itineraries details.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. The validation of fares and availability of seats should be as per the details mentioned above.<\/li>\n
  7. The quoted rate should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.<\/li>\n
  8. The successful bidder should submit the copy of air ticket along with their invoices for payment.<\/li>\n
  9. Unconditional bids like an increase of fares or changes of the airline at the time of travel are not accepted.<\/li>\n
  10. Tender document should contain a\u00a0copy of valid trade license\u00a0<\/strong>issued by MoEA.<\/li>\n
  11. In case the lowest evaluated bidder withdraws his\/her bid then the second lowest bidder shall be asked to purchase and issue ticket(s) and the difference in the amount of fare shall be borne by the lowest evaluated bidder.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  12. The purchaser reserves the right to reject the bid(s) if it is found not responsive to our terms and conditions, and the decision of the tender committee will be final and binding.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
