The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan is pleased to notify that Ms. Diki Wangmo, <\/strong>bearing CID No: 11410004274<\/strong> has been shortlisted for the post of Registrar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. The applicant mentioned above should report to KGUMSB Secretariat with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Original academic transcripts and certificates<\/em><\/li>\n
    2. Security Clearance Certificate<\/em> \u2013 Valid Copy <\/em><\/li>\n
    3. Citizenship Identity Card<\/em> \u2013 Original<\/em><\/li>\n
    4. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)<\/em><\/li>\n

          • Date: <\/em>26th<\/sup> March 20
            \n<\/em>–The scenario\/topic will be given on the spot
            \n–Time allotment as follows:<\/li>\n
          • One hour \u2013 For preparation of presentation <\/em><\/li>\n
          • 10 minutes \u2013 Presentation <\/em><\/li>\n
          • 15 minutes \u2013 Question and Answer Round<\/em> on Presentation <\/em><\/li>\n
          • 15 minutes – <\/em>Viva Voce<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            1. The applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he\/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification of the documents.<\/li>\n
            2. The applicant shall be assessed on the basis of presentation and viva voce and needs to obtain minimum score of 60% in the overall marking.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
