  1. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked as \u201cAir Ticket Quotation and<\/strong> addressed to the Procurement Officer, KGUMSB, Thimphu latest by February 20, 2018 before 11:30 AM and<\/strong> will be opened at 11:45 AM on the same day.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. If the flight or seat is not available on the above dates you can quote earlier for the earlier date and later for the later date.
      \n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. The purchaser reserves the right to reject a bid or all the bids<\/strong> if it is found non-feasible <\/strong>or if we lack the capacity to bear the cost resulting from your early or late quoted dates.
        \n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        1. The rate should be quoted as per the sector given above and will be selected for the most economical and direct route. <\/strong>Evaluation will be done for package wise based on the most economical route and lowest price.

          1. Airline and seats must be confirmed while submitting the bids and submit confirmed itineraries details.<\/strong>

            1. The validation of fares and availability of seats should be as per the details mentioned above.

              1. The quoted rate should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and duties.

                1. The successful bidder should submit the copy of air ticket along with their invoices for payment.

                  1. Unconditional bids like an increase of fares or changes of airline at the time of travel are not accepted.

                    1. Tender document should contain a copy of valid trade license <\/strong>issued by MoEA.
                      \n<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                      1. In case the lowest evaluated bidder withdraws his\/her bid then the second lowest bidder shall be asked to purchase and issue ticket(s) and the difference in amount of fare shall be borne by the lowest\u00a0 evaluated bidder.<\/strong>
