The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to announce following vacancy:

  5. Annual performance report\/appraisals for past 3 years for Civil Servants and For non \u2013 civil servants, recommendation letter from the management<\/li>\n
  6. Security Clearance Certificate<\/li>\n
  7. Audit Clearance Certificate<\/li>\n
  8. No Objection Certificate from the employer, if shortlisted<\/li>\n
  9. Medical Fitness Certificate<\/li>\n
  10. A copy of Citizenship Identity Card<\/li>\n
  11. Recent passport size photograph<\/li>\n
  12. One legal Stamp<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Preference will be given to the applicants with relevant qualification\/training and work experience.<\/li>\n
    2. Short listed applicants will be called for selection interview\/selection examination.<\/li>\n
    3. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he\/she has failed to furnish testimonials as required above.<\/li>\n
    4. Short listed applicant must produce the original documents during the time of interview.<\/li>\n
    5. The selected applicant will be assigned the position level based on the qualification, current position level and number of work experience in the current position.<\/li>\n
    6. University reserves the right not to select applicants if they do not get appropriate applicants for the post.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
