  1. The applicants mentioned above should report to KGUMSB Conference Hall with the following documents, for the purpose of verification of the documents and selection as follows:
  1. Original academic transcripts and certificates
  2. Security Clearance Certificate
  3. Citizenship Identity Card – Original
  4. No Objection Certificate(NOC) from the employer if employed and NOC from the concerned ministry (for civil servants)
  1. The Selection process will be as per the following schedule:
  1. Verification of Original Documents
  • Time: 9.00 A.M – 10:30 A.M
  • Venue: KGUMSB Conference Hall
  • Date: 14th August 2017
  1. Written Examination
  • Time: 10 30 AM to 11 AM
  • Venue: KGUMSB Conference Hall
  • Date: 14th August 2017

Written examination will be assessed out of 60%

  1. Viva Voce
  • Time: 11 15 AM onwards
  • Venue: KGUMSB Board Room
  • Date: 14th August 2017

Viva voce will be assessed out of 20%

  1. 20% will be added from shortlisted marks.
  2. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection examination and interview if he/she fails to furnish testimonials as required above during the time of verification and the slot will be allotted to the immediate next candidate.
