VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

The Khesar Gyalpo University of Medical Sciences of Bhutan (KGUMSB) is pleased to announce following vacancy:

1 Administrative Assistants On Contract – Equivalent to S5 level Class XII only 8 Faculty of Post Graduate Medicine (FoPGM) –       Preference will be given to applicants with office management qualification and computer skills.

–       The initial appointment shall be for a period of 2 years (On contract with no contract allowance) with possibility to regularize the service depending on the performance and need based.

  • Curriculum Vitae
  • Academic transcripts
  • Training certificates (if any)
  • Security Clearance Certificate (Valid and copy)
  • No Objection Certificate from the Employer (If employed)
  • Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card
  • Medical Fitness certificate issued by a competent RGoB medical doctor.
  • Merit/Other certificates (if any)
  • One recent passport size photograph
  • One legal stamp
  1. Short listed candidates will be called for selection interview/selection examination.
  1. An applicant shall be disqualified from appearing in the selection interview if he/she has failed to furnish testimonials as required above.
  1. An applicant must secure a minimum of 50% in any form of assessment designed by Selection Committee.
  1. Short listed candidate must produce the original documents during the time of interview.
  1. The selected candidate will be assigned the position level based on contract basis with pay and allowances equivalent to S5 and no contract allowance.
  1. The University reserves the right not to select any or all applicants if the required qualifications and skills are not met.
